The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most cherished traditional festivals in China. It falls on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month, when the moon is believed to be at its fullest and brightest. Families gather for a shared meal, exchange mooncakes, light lanterns, and admire the full moon together. The festival carries a simple but lasting message: reunion, gratitude, and harmony.
