  • Custom Solution Formulation: For unique customer challenges, our lab develops tailored filament prototypes, experimenting with polymer blends, additive mixtures, and grain sizes to create the perfect material for a specific application.

  • Prototype Design & Engineering: Using CAD software and precision prototyping tools, we design and construct brush prototypes. We experiment with filament trim patterns, densities, and anchoring methods to optimize performance for specific tasks like cross-hole deburring or precision polishing.

  • Rigorous Application Testing: Our center features dedicated testing stations that simulate real-world conditions. We run brushes on automated rigs against target materials (stainless steel, aluminum, composites) to collect critical data on cut rate, wear life, surface finish (Ra), and heat generation.
